The Position in a nutshell

We are searching a Business Operations Associate to:

• Help the business grow faster by unlocking insights, and dealing with data everyday

• Build new processes (data-driven approach to project management and decision-making, new business reviews...)

• Improve business processes (onboarding partners, tracking their performance, building efficient reporting...)

You will be working closely with our COO Pierre who leads our growth strategy.

🎯 Objectives

• Handle a pivotal transversal role, make the link between many different teams (tech & non tech) to make transversal projects happen

• Track and support important business projects with precision: we already identified many interesting and important projects that are not even started yet but have great potential to improve our business

• Imagine new solutions to the issues we can encounter with some of our retailers (new operational issues, specific e-commerce processes, cross-country complexities)

• Ensure our Business processes are well monitored

• Master the high complexity of a technical e-commerce software product

• Navigate in an exponentially growing amount of data, mastering a wide range of KPIs (business KPIs, operational KPIs, etc.)

• Manage transversal projects to improve the overall company's performance
