About

🔭 Stockly, a French Tech 120 company, is a tech-retail company solving the supply/demand mismatch in e-commerce.

  • With our technology, we connect in real-time e-commerce websites in need for stock with the inventory of hundreds of other retailers who have the same products available, and who can fulfill the order on their behalf.

  • E-retailers can keep selling products that are out-of-stock, while others can gain additional sales, in a seamless experience for the end-consumer.

🏆 Our mission is to create the world’s 1st globally shared inventory for e-commerce. To better understand what we do, check out our french pitch at BFMTV (🇫🇷), or our pitch at Techstars back in the days (🇬🇧).

🚀 We’ve raised €50m with European top-tier investors among which daphni, Eurazeo and 83North. Our proprietary technology, coded in-house from scratch, is already live across Europe with 300+ e-retailers, we double the size of the business each year and this is just the beginning!

Job Description

🐍 Overview

A Business Operations profile to help Stockly accelerate on key strategic and transversal projects.

We’re looking for someone with an analytical mindset and strong business acumen, able to turn complex and unstructured data into clear action plans.

The ideal candidate can communicate precisely and efficiently with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, internal and external.

Strong data analysis capabilities and no-code / automation skills (e.g. SQL, n8n/Make, Prompt Engineering etc.) are highly valued.

We generally target 3–6 years of experience, but remain open to any exceptional professional.

🧑‍🚀 The job

🎯 Objectives

  • Act as a key transversal link between teams (tech & business) to drive strategic cross-functional projects forward

  • Track and support high-impact business initiatives with precision — several promising projects are already identified but yet to be launched

  • Design creative solutions to complex retailer challenges (operational issues, e-commerce specifics, cross-country setups)

  • Ensure business processes are monitored, measured, and continuously improved

🥊 Challenges you will face

  • Master the high complexity of Stockly’s technical e-commerce platform and its underlying mechanics

  • Navigate an exponentially growing volume of data, understanding and leveraging a wide range of business and operational KPIs

  • Drive transversal projects to boost the company’s overall performance

📚 Stuff you will learn with us

  • How to design and implement state-of-the-art processes, keeping the organization highly efficient and helping you reach ambitious goals in a fast-growing environment

  • How to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, working with a wide variety of internal teams and external partners across the European Union — with diverse cultures, languages, and expectations

  • How e-commerce truly works — from business models and technologies to the everyday challenges retailers face

  • How Stockly operates end-to-end, so you can continuously identify opportunities to add even more value

🔭 Projection

  • Strong influence over how we operate — we’re still a young and fast-evolving company

  • Lead transversal projects, collaborating with all teams across Stockly

  • Provide key insights to guide the company’s strategy and growth

Preferred Experience

We are looking for a great balance between hard skills and soft skills !
